The Residence — Heritage Charm & Spacious Comfort

The Residence is a gracious four-bedroom, two-bathroom Queenslander built in the 1920s. This beautifully restored home showcases genuine period features, including hardwood timber floors, high decorative ceilings, VJ walls, imported French chandeliers, and wool carpeting.

There are ample spaces for socialising, entertaining, and dining, with a comprehensive kitchen fully equipped to cater for large groups.

Self-Contained Studios & Apartments

Connected to The Residence by an internal staircase, there are four self-contained studios and apartments. Each unit has its own private external door as well as access via the internal lobby.
